Does not accept login & password! – T-Mobile IP Relay Review

The login I use for the actual Sprint IP website works just fine. But the EXACT SAME login DOES NOT WORK on this app!! WTH, Sprint?!?! It would make my life so much easier to use an internet relay app instead of on the website on my phone!! FAIL, Sprint.
