Can’t see who called or even answer the calls – T-Mobile IP Relay Review

Every time I receive a call I can’t call back nor see who has been calling me. The nbr flashes but for a moment. I loved it in the past. It now I’m not so sure. I’m deaf blind and text relay benefits me greatly. Please fix this. I don’t want to have to use video relay!
