Won't load on iPad mini. – Huantar Review

This starts loading and crashes every time I try it use this on my iPad mini. I have no idea how to contact the publisher either because the website that iTunes links to doesn't have any contact info. There's a link to a Facebook group, but all of the info there is in Spanish.
