Problems with start up

I think the game looks really cool so I downloaded it but I can't even get it to run. I get the loading screen and it shuts down. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it doesn't fix the problem.
Won't load on iPad mini.

This starts loading and crashes every time I try it use this on my iPad mini. I have no idea how to contact the publisher either because the website that iTunes links to doesn't have any contact info. There's a link to a Facebook group, but all of the info there is in Spanish.
Crashes on startup

The game shows a loading screen upon startup, then crashes to the Springboard. So I can't play it to try it out! (iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1)
