Frozen app!! – Jotter (Handwriting Notepad) Review

Every time I try to choose a photo for the background, the spinning circle of death freezes the whole app and I have to close the whole thing out. Basically, I can't use Jotter at all unless I forever use the current background because it's impossible to choose a new one. PLEASE FIX!
