Cannot restore – Jotter (Handwriting Notepad) Review

I purchased paper packs, and after something went wacky and everything was gone, I redownloaded and restored my iCloud backup but my paper packs just say "waiting". Some of my notes are gone due to it. Edit: I have written to the developer about not being able to restore my in app purchases and have had no response, I am lowering my rating to one star and advising that another note app might be a better choice. At any rate, do NOT purchase anything in app unless you are okay with never restoring it. Mine have been "waiting" -- for the Apocalypse, I suppose Edit: restore issues are fixed, which is great. But I cannot say that it was okay to ignore questions and concerns of users. If I had been given a response, I would have been chill. I understand that stuff is not always simple; as long as I knew they were in it, it would be fine. But I am glad they are fixed anyway.
