Broken? – Ruckus Learning Books + Brands Review

I purchased a My Little Pony book that allows you to collect words as you read through the book, then you use the collected words to complete pictures. Except my daughter's collected pictures don't show up and pictures can never be completed. Please fix! I paid $4 for this?
