Worst customer service ever – Ruckus Learning Books + Brands Review

Content that is downloaded only works for the current login session, so you can't download material and then access it when not in wifi range. I'm giving it 1 star mostly because their billing policy is deceiving. I bought a 12-month membership for $50. Then they charged me $50 for 2 more months in a row. Apparently when you buy the yearly plan, you have to cancel the recurring monthly payments after the first month, which they don't tell you about. I can't get anyone to email me back from customer service so now I'm out an extra $100 for an app that we don't even use. Poor customer service and poor user design.
