Useless service and customer service – SpotHero: #1 Rated Parking App Review

I booked this service for the first time and went to the spot only for it be parked in. I called customer service and they basically were useless. The person did not listen to what I was saying whatsoever and they said they can’t control if someone’s in the spots on the app or not. Would not recommend.
