Got the service for free and hate it – Grubhub: Food Delivery Review

This food delivery service is a joke. The very first order I ever placed got stolen by the driver and all customer service would do was refund me. No promise of an investigation. Nothing other than my money being thrown back at me. Such a waste of my time. Would be easier to just call the restaurant myself instead of dealing with this service.
