Can’t access the app – My Sprint Mobile Review

I literally had no issues whatsoever with the sprint app, like at all even when T-Mobile bought out sprint, everything was still working fine. My husband and I go to upgrade our phones and now have T-Mobile. I downloaded the app for T-Mobile but they can’t get me signed in bc I’m still a “sprint” customer so they transfer me to the sprint app. I’ve waited for the app to load for 30 minutes and it doesn’t load. I’ve deleted the app 3 separate times & started over and it still does this. I’m not trying to place my card information online to pay my bill every month. Can someone seriously help me??
