This app keep spinning on “Authenticating “ and never opens!!!! I’m trying to find my bill! This is so annoying!!!

Hardly anyone commenting here about the App, just Sprint service, which I have no problem with. The App hasn’t opened for me in months! It keeps saying authenticating because it is trying to identify me over the sprint network. There is no option to just sign in with username and password. It’s so annoying. I don’t particularly like using the website which does let me sign in with username and password.

My app has not worked in months. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it still will not load my account

It just won’t load anymore on my 13. It just says authenticating. I can’t feedback in the app because I can’t open the app.

If you are thinking of getting T-Mobile/Sprint I would advise against it. The service is very bad despite what the commercials claim and the customers service is outsourced to A foreign country, I believe India. And it is also very bad.

I can’t even log into my sprint account once they transferred my lines to the T-Mobile network. I tried to use the T-Mobile app but I’m still under sprint and it won’t let me do anything. I have to go onto my laptop or walk into a store to pay bill. Horrible service and I’ve been with sprint over 4 years now. Thinking about changing services now.
