Horrible Customer Service – My Sprint Mobile Review

I was on hold with Sprint for 1 hour and 45 minutes and transferred over to three reps who at the end of the call couldn’t help me add a line to my new phone order or compensate me for my list time and frustration. I had to pay a 2nd time $73 for an order that I already paid for the first time. Absolutely terrible. I can’t wait until my phones are paid off so I can switch companies as this company, who I’ve been a customer since 2008 couldn’t give me a credit or any type of money towards all my problems, they were quick to try to sell me more products. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!
