Locked out of my account due to unusual activity ? – Instagram Review

I randomly got a pop up saying there had been “unusual activity detected on my account” and I was told to verify my number. After verifying my number , I was sent to another screen basically saying after 24 hours I would be able to log back into my account. Here I am , over 2 weeks later and still am NOT able to access my account . After repeatedly attempting to sign in I am still consistently being sent to the wait 24 hours screen . I don’t know what is going on but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have already been locked out of my Facebook due to a hacker , who still has my page BTW , but now I am locked out of my Instagram too ? Somebody FIX THIS !!!!
