PROMO CODES NO WORKY – DoorDash - Food Delivery Review

I enjoy this app, it’s a huge help dont get me wrong, have had minor and few problems with deliveries…but I entered in easily over 10 ACTIVE promo codes and none of them worked…why? I kept gettin the same message over and over “promo code is not eligible for this account” or something like that. Like is something wrong with my account, is it because I’m not doing the monthly subscription? I would really like an answer for clarity please
