Got the wrong food had to go thru three people my issue was never fix they act like they couldn’t help me. You press one for English you get someone speaking another language that can’t understand what you saying and you can’t understand what they saying that why I rather order from a different food company because door dash is not it

Very glitchy. Tried for over an hour to verify my payment information, even called Support. No other service I’ve used requires you to scan your card or enter an alternative card to verify payment. Wouldn’t mind the extra steps if they were working properly. Eventually gave up and used Grubhub - zero issues. Not the first time I’ve ordered from DoorDash and experienced tech issues.
Not Safe. Use Postmates or UberEats

Very disappointed that they decided not to refund me for an item that I did not receive.

For the past 6 orders i've only received half of my orders No help from DoorDash, no anything. Just the WORST

It's disgusting, tricking to attract new users. Not only that, but when I suggested that this was different from the propaganda, They asked me to provide a lot of information to verify my statement. The most disgusting thing is that I also need to provide other people's information. The customer service never intends to solve the problem. If you ask a question, you can All you get is the experience of wasting your life.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten an order that was 100% correct. Every order has either had a missing drink, wrong sides, and I’ve even had drivers say they delivered the order and received nothing. Sure they give you some of your money back but after a while it’s just not worth it. Especially with how much they charge in “fees”. Deleting the app and never using it again.
