App all of a sudden doesn’t work – My Sprint Mobile Review

I have been using this app for years to gain quick access to my account. I recently just upgraded my phone, and added another line to my account. As soon as I go to the app on my new phone, it can’t seem to authenticate me and I’m left on the authentication screen. It’s annoying because I’m not able to access it on my second line either. You would think with merging with T-Mobile my service/network would get better but unfortunately it has been down in the dumps…..I’m not sure what’s going on with the app or the website but can you fix the issues?
