App not working – My Sprint Mobile Review

This app is still not working. You go to support and they are no help at all. “Go and download the T-Mobile app since we’re merging” the T-Mobile app redirects you to the My Sprint app which of course ITS NOT WORKING!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
