Confusing and unhelpful – My Disney Experience Review

The app kept sending me notifications and messages to start making my ride reservations at 7am. So I got on the app and low and behold I couldn’t make any reservations until 9am. They have my park ticket information so why would it tell me I can make a reservation and then block me from making my reservations for 2 hours? This whole ride reservation, Genie+ system, and lighting lane garbage is convoluted and ridiculous. Even the cast members didn’t fully understand it. Genie+ is a total waste of money. I was very disappointed with the app and Genie+.
