Shouldn't even get a star!!! Its awful! – App Icons - Frames and Skins Review

I WANT A REFUND ASAP! This app doesn't even dress up your icons, it just gives you a crappy background picture!!! DO NOT BUY THIS APP! NOW GIVE ME A REFUND?????
