It doesn't actually put frames on your icons. It puts squares on your actual background image that line up with the icons. If you don't have the exact same layout of icons on every page, you will just have frames, with no icons. So, it's basically the background of your choice, with squares all over it. Waste of money!!! It makes it seem as though they are putting frames on every icon and that's it, but that is not the case!!!

I WANT A REFUND ASAP! This app doesn't even dress up your icons, it just gives you a crappy background picture!!! DO NOT BUY THIS APP! NOW GIVE ME A REFUND?????
