I want a refund – App Icons - Frames and Skins Review

How are you gonna charge anybody ANYTHING for an app that's so horrible? This is useless if does nothing I think we all deserve our money back ! I don't care if it was .05 cents people work for their money and when they pay for something they expect to atleast be usable !!!
