If I could give NO STARS I would – Travelocity Hotels & Flights Review

I recently booked flights for my husband and myself to go on an Anniversary trip. I printed out the itinerary and thought everything was good to go. I decided the next day I would check and make sure the money came out of my account. The flights I booked were with two separate airlines (Delta for the flight there and Frontier for the returning flight). Shockingly I found that the Delta part of the flights (obviously much more expensive) were charged to my account twice!! When I called for assistance I got ahold of someone who first said they had my itinerary number...and gave me the last four numbers of it, which were wrong. I luckily had printed it out and gave her the correct one. She had no explaination as to why I was charged twice and continued to repeat that I was only charged once and not to worry about it. That is quite a bit of money to just "not worry" about. I called back and got someone else who was just as unhelpful and said that the money would be back in my account in 3 business days. Useless. Don't book through Travelocity... APP/Website...just DON'T DO IT.
