Beware if you upgrade to an iPhone 13 – My Sprint Mobile Review

Ever since I upgraded to an iPhone 13 which no longer uses SIM cards, the sprint app has not opened once. I have to manually log in through safari now, I have contacted sprint support several times. I always get the “we are working on it” or “will be resolved shortly” response but it’s been 2 months and the app still does not work. It is VERY annoying to have to use a browser to do anything that I could easily do with the sprint app, not sure if there will ever be a fix to this issue but as of right now I am not a happy customer. I’ve been with sprint for 8 years and have never encountered issues like these before.
