Not working with iPhone 13 pro max – My Sprint Mobile Review

Since upgrading to the iPhone 13 it has stopped working. It’s stuck on Authenticating despite self troubleshooting and customer service troubleshooting. It’s clearly an app side issue. The last update was 2 months ago. Why is this not being fixed?
