Someone hacked my account. – Instagram Review

I feel someone hacked my account. I also feel being as big of a company speaking with your users is the least you can do for adequate good customer service. When a user violates someone’s else’s account he or she should be banned from using your platform additionally, to protect your users. For not having staff to answer calls of users you get one star.
