No help – Instagram Review

I’ve been locked out of my Instagram account for almost a month now. It keeps telling me to confirm my identity, which I do, but the confirm your identity message continues to show up. And that’s when I actually receive a response to my inquiries (Which is only about 30% of the time). There’s no way to contact Instagram for help and the help center is completely useless for this situation. I’ve looked up answers and nothing I find is working. Instagram and Facebook do not care about their patrons or their opinions. They blocked reviews on Facebook. The don’t respond to emails. For such a large company it’s ridiculous that they can’t even find a simple solution to an issue that has plagued thousands of people. It’s even more ridiculous that no one can even see this issue or try to help despite numerous email, reports, comments, reviews, and messages. Infuriating.
