No one will help – Facebook Review

I run a business account on Facebook and I can’t always be at my laptop to view Facebook on desktop. Therefore, I need to be able to see notifications on my mobile device. When I go to click on my business’ page notifications, nothing will load no matter what WiFi I’m on or where I’m at. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I have submitted about 7 help requests in that time and have received nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Why aren’t you willing to help your users? It makes no sense.
