Customer service – Hotels.com: Travel Booking Review
Worst Customer Service experience ever.
I am a Gold member and a very loyal customer that have used this app many many times.
I had a terrible customer service experience that did not even alleviate my issue.
I reached out via phone and never got to a real operator. I also reached out via chat, and got transferred more than 10 times, promising that they would transfer me the the appropriate department but never got there, then I asked to escalate it to the manager and even the manager didn’t review their notes and answered the phone, “How can I help you?” I enjoyed using the app, but plan to not use it again until they get it figured out.
