Smiles are FREE! – Frontier Airlines Review

Just Smile! The service & efficiency of this airline seems great. However I get the feeling there is some rule across the board to keep a stone face no matter what. It’s pretty intimidating but the folks on my Frontier flight at the fat in Charleston were FANTASTIC, And friendly. However the flight crew? Nope. They do not smile. They seem to want to preserve some sort of important wall between the passenger and crew., try it. Say something nice to one of them. Sort curt response, no smile. What a world of difference a smile can make.
