Always something wrong – Bank of the West Mobile App Review

Your online banking is only helpful for checking my balance. Every time I want to pay a bill on line, I often get an error message telling me it’s not working currently and to try back later. Even taking a photo of my bill is a struggle. After I successfully capture an image of my bill, it reverts to asking me to enter it manually. When I want to deposit my pay check the “take a photo” part at the bottom is not easily accessible. So yeah your online banking system is below average and in need of major updates.
