Love how easy and user friendly the mobile BOW app is. It allows you to do virtually EVERYTHING other than withdrawing cash from your account (obviously). I am very pleased how easy and convenient this app is for mobile banking users. I also enjoy using the notifications options with text and email notifying me if a charge or withdrawal is made on my account exceeding the allotted amount I have set, protecting me further from fraud and identity theft as I have had my bank account wiped out in the past using a different bank so I appreciate the security options the BOW mobile app provides its users such as myself.

Check out aspire or chime if your looking for options that look out for their customers this bank is predatory and will heavily charge fees to its poorest customers $35 for you to decline a transaction how is that helpful in any way?

I’m watching fraud occur in real time on my debit card, as I sit on hold for over an hour now to get them to shut down my debit card. I have my debit card set to “Lock” and they are still using it as I’m waiting. So that feature in the app is useless. Over an hour now on hold and still no one is answering as I’m watching my money slip away.
Go with another bank! Your making a huge mistake choosing them.

This bank use to be amazing, the people back then were so friendly and actually cared about doing business with you. Fast forward to this new age and I’m not singing the same tune. I recently had fraud done on my debit card, and when I called in many times it just seemed like no one cared and they made me feel like I committed the fraud on my account. Even the letter they mailed me made me shake my head. Who talks to ppl. That way. Idk I’m just over them, after almost 10 years of being with them I’m closing my acct. Go with another bank.

The mobile app never works. And the customer service made me wait for 2 hours before hanging up my call without even answering it. I can’t even venmo using this bank account. Worst bank you can ever think of, DO NOT open a bank account all your best experiences are suffers
