Completely Broken – Klarna | Shop now. Pay later. Review

If I could, I'd give zero stars. How are you going to have a broken app in 2022, despite being advertised everywhere. I purchased a laptop through microsoft on the app, and it's continuously telling me that microsoft and klarna are partnered, so I'm not worried about checking out. I triple check that all my information is right, and despite watching a tutorial online on how to checkout with klarna, it charged my credit card, thus defeating the app's purpose. I was constantly pressing the pink K button, hoping for some instructions or guidance, but nothing happened, and the payment went through. Very disappointing...
