DO NOT USE THIS APP – Klarna | Shop now. Pay later. Review

When i first got this app and i tried to use klarna as a payment for a website i was denied of the “ghost card” and customer service could not give me a single reason why. A few weeks later i tried it again and it “worked” they approved my ghost card and charged me the first payment out of the four payments, 12 hours later the website i ordered from declined the ghost card and cancelled my order. Since then i have contacted customer service 4 times requesting my refund..... it has been nearly a month and i still have no refund. I basically gave them free money for no reason. Please save yourself the aggravation and don’t even bother with this app. Update (months later) its been nearly half a year and i still haven’t received my refund from this app. Please spare yourself the trouble and don’t download this
