Useless Customer service – Klarna | Shop now. Pay later. Review

I’m extremely disappointed that you claim to “help” your customers when they have a dispute with a purchase and you don’t! First we reach out through the app and have to explain the situation and then we wait for an email from the support team… However, no matter how many times you explain things to you, it’s like an automated response back… you DON’T listen to your customers and you don’t help them find resolutions like you claim! I now have lost the opportunity to get a refund because it’s taken 3 months of me reporting an issue and repeating myself to you over and over about the situation and you just close the “ticket” and never bother to respond! Now I’m out of pocket almost $400 because you told me you would HELP! And you did nothing!! Horrible customer support I’ve ever dealt with! Thanks for nothing Klarna!0
