Flash drive won’t open videos/photos! – SanDisk iXpand™ Drive Review

I bought this flash drive to load photos/videos to create memory space on my phone. At first, it was fine. But now all of a sudden, when plugging in the flash drive, it will still show that the flash drive is taking up space but when I look at my list of folders, it says ZERO FILES for each folder!!! When I open each folder, it’ll list and show the videos/photos but WILL NOT LOAD OR PLAY ANY OF THEM!!!! WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?! WHERE ARE MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS? WHY CAN’T I VIEW THEM?! These are important memories that I trusted to upload to the flash drive!!!!!
