cell phone – Spectrum Mobile Account Review

i have been with comcast or spectrum for several years and they trick me in to swich from spring cell phone company i ask the girl at the counter if calling from mexico was included in the plan and she said yes calling and texting from usa to mexico and from mexico to usa and cañada are included in the plan you just go to mexico and call and text just like you were in usa and i have been in mexico for two weeks and now i own spectrum almos 200 dollars for calling in mexico they lie to me and i am very very upset because i have call 4 times and they keep transferring me to other people and no one from spectrum can't do anything to fix the problem too bad spectrum is loosing a long time costumers just because they give a wrong information that their employees don't know obviously your stuff need training im so over with spectrum always something wrong with spectrum im going to try others sorry
