THIEVES! – EarnIn: Make Every Day Payday Review

On my last payday I paid back a debit over $500. It took most of my check but I didn’t see that as an issue since I should have been able to borrow again. Well, I made the mistake of contacting their customer support department and asking for help with GPS earnings. Immediately after my conversation with the agent my account was reset. Why? I have no idea, that wasn’t what I asked them to do. I had to set it all up from the beginning again, and go through a 2 business day verification process. Meanwhile I had no money for gas or groceries, let alone the bills that were due that week because I just paid back my debit. According to Earnin food, gas, and bills are “conveniences”, and they apologize profusely for “inconveniencing” you. Desperate enough to contact their customer support department again, I had to go through 5 agents before one was helpful. It seems like if the agents don’t like you they won’t help you. They’ll continually say there’s nothing they can do, they’ll make you wait. Even Junel S., a supervisor, did that to me. But then I try again and the first agent I connected to was able to update my account and I was able to cash out. It took her 5 minutes to do it. But for some odd reason 5 other agents before her couldn’t do it? That equation doesn’t add up. So what I learned is their Customer Service team operates on emotions. If they feel like helping you they will. If not, good luck. Also, they don’t care if you’re in need, what they need is more important. And they’ll end chats when they can’t convince you they actually care. Like they’ll literally just give up. Do yourselves a favor and use another app. Earnin has and will continue to ruin lives.
