I like earnin it really do help n comes n handy but my bank info was tied to another account(my husband) and now he able to use his bank with the account,but I’m still not able to use my bank info and he been took off my bank information off his account and I’m wanting to use my own account,please help!!!
They literally stole my money and even withdrew over $30 on my account this app is a scam
I absolutely love earnin!!! It catches an overdraft before it even happens and makes sure my acct has funds to cover it. Id recommend this to everyone!
The app is great. But their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They give you a warning about inactivity and then don’t give you a chance to reply before leaving the chat. As someone in customer service, they need to train their reps to have some patience.
I started using this because my employer suggested them. My pay dates have never changed but for some reason there is always an issue. It’s exhausting to always run in circles to figure out the many different issues EVERY PAYCHECK.

Here I am at 5:32 in the morning arguing with earnin because they’re saying my payday is Wednesday. I get paid Friday?????? And having to continuously send in screenshots and getting emails about wrong info, earnin you was good for a long time, but now, nope! Run!
On my last payday I paid back a debit over $500. It took most of my check but I didn’t see that as an issue since I should have been able to borrow again. Well, I made the mistake of contacting their customer support department and asking for help with GPS earnings. Immediately after my conversation with the agent my account was reset. Why? I have no idea, that wasn’t what I asked them to do. I had to set it all up from the beginning again, and go through a 2 business day verification process. Meanwhile I had no money for gas or groceries, let alone the bills that were due that week because I just paid back my debit. According to Earnin food, gas, and bills are “conveniences”, and they apologize profusely for “inconveniencing” you. Desperate enough to contact their customer support department again, I had to go through 5 agents before one was helpful. It seems like if the agents don’t like you they won’t help you. They’ll continually say there’s nothing they can do, they’ll make you wait. Even Junel S., a supervisor, did that to me. But then I try again and the first agent I connected to was able to update my account and I was able to cash out. It took her 5 minutes to do it. But for some odd reason 5 other agents before her couldn’t do it? That equation doesn’t add up. So what I learned is their Customer Service team operates on emotions. If they feel like helping you they will. If not, good luck. Also, they don’t care if you’re in need, what they need is more important. And they’ll end chats when they can’t convince you they actually care. Like they’ll literally just give up. Do yourselves a favor and use another app. Earnin has and will continue to ruin lives.
