So-so – EarnIn: Make Every Day Payday Review

The idea for this app is superb. I wish I had thought of it. Having said that, its execution and corresponding service seems amateur at best and inconsistent at worse. It never works as you might expect, and support is lackluster. The app is ALWAYS broken. Every update fixes one thing and breaks two others. One has to constantly get in contact with the CS department because something is always not working the way it should. Sometimes I feel that the inconvenience of always having to interact with their CS (which is no easy task) trumps the benefit of getting an advance from your paycheck. Also, they place a cash out limits that seems tied to your donation level. I had a $150 limit, and after a couple of cash outs they reduced it with no prior warning or explanation to $100, probably because I only tipped the smallest percentage allowed, which is around 3%—which I think it's more than fair considering all they're doing is lending me $100 for less than a week and automatically withdrawing the funds from my bank account.
