Bought a reservation at a lot that doesn’t exist apparently – SpotHero: #1 Rated Parking App Review

Reserved a spot in Indianapolis for the CFP national championship game only to get there and find out the garage doesn’t exist. I couldn’t get a refund because we arrived after the beginning reservation time. Luckily the garage they name checked (not at the correct address or operated by the company they claimed) worked with us and honored the reservation. I won’t use this app again.
