Alert Notifications not working – YI IoT Review

App worked pretty well until all of the sudden Alerts don’t come through as iPhone notifications . Alerts are on, iPhone notifications are on and yet not receiving any notifications on iPhone all of the sudden. Customer service is non existent and can’t reach out to anyone.
