UPDATES SCREWING UP THE APP!!

The app was updated and they REMOVED the date/ time that showed during video playback on the SD card which makes it WORTHLESS! The date/time is VERY IMPORTANT, especially if you need the video for evidence. Also, when playing video on the SD card it plays for a few seconds and then jumps to the END of the recording so you have to keep rewinding back. EVERY time they update the app they seem to mess up the SD card playback, perhaps so people will buy the expensive cloud storage! My advice is to buy a camera with a functional stable app. I sure am, but I’m going to make sure I research the App BEFORE I spend money on the camera. Lesson learned!

I had this product since last year paid 20 per month canceled and went to a year plan they were more than happy to get the money my subscription still showing canceled every time you try to watch more than 6 seconds of video it want you to buy the cloud service you already paid for

HD wont stay selected

Ever since a few updates ago the software always resets back to SD by default no matter if i select HD or Auto. I want to always be recording in HD so this is pretty bad and very frustrating especially when i have an storage card that will store weeks of video in HD and good enough internet connection to always support HD. This need fixed asap

Seems with every update I loose some functions of camera operation. When I first received camera It was great. I would increase the rating if I can get its original functionality back.

I have sent several emails to customer service and received a couple of responses, but when I respond to the message, they never reply. This has been going on for several months now!! I pay for cloud service, unfortunately, I haven’t been able to access this for months, so I’m wasting my money. This worked until I changed my WiFi password and ever since, this has not worked at all.

It started off working well, then 2 weeks passed and it went offline. It has not worked since. Trying to get a refund is not happening. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I bought this. Wasted money.


Good camera

I have two dome cams in house and I just bought a third one on its way. The cams are quite good and up until now haven’t had any issues at all. Lately one of my cams has been beeping and then turning 360 degrees every time it beeps. This beeping happens often and I am not sure what the problem is. I do not have the same issue with the other cam. I have reset the camera and still the issue persists. I have researched the issue online and in app with no solution. The company is really hard to get in touch with and their customer care is not at all the best. They have a good product but it isn’t followed by a good support team and thus I give it a four star, tempered with a three star but I like the cams very much. How do I resolve the issue? Why does it beep all the time? There is no specific time in which it does it. Sometimes it beeps more often than others and other times it doesn’t beep that much. The beeping is annoying as it does it at all hours of day and night. Help!
