Can’t get passed wanting a code – VA Sync My Health Data Review

We signed up years ago for my husbands MHV it wants a code that a vet rep gave us to sigh up with. We do not have this and no one at the va has any idea how to help. They simply said not to use app it’s garbage More money va wasted
