Help! Crashing on my MAC! – Playback Review

I LOVE this app. Works wonderfully for our worship services. I recently transitioned to using the app on my Macbook air UNTIL Christmas Eve and the app refused to open and I keep getting an error message. I've updated my mac, reinstalled playback, tried everything I can and keep getting an error. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help - I desperately need this to work!
