Awful Internet service and customer service – My CenturyLink Review

I have been without Internet for over a day now. Have been waiting for technician. Was on hold for 50 minutes trying to talk to someone. Finally get through and get disconnected! No call back! Why ask for my call back number if you’re not going to call me back!!?? Still waiting to get my service back on line!!
