Awful – My CenturyLink Review

I made a payment to centurylink. Centurylink; after weeks attempted to draw the money from my account and the withdrawal was flagged by my bank. I contacted centurylink about the charge and was informed that there was no charge. Centurylink then submitted the charge again; adding it to existing balance plus some other unknown charge (voice). I contacted centurylink and made pay arrangements on Friday (with confirmation number). Service was not restored. Made calls and attempted to restore service over several days. Payment was withdrawn and service has yet to be restored. Representative said 2-24 hours on Friday. Sunday afternoon; still no service.
