HONEST REVIEW – TokyoCatch Claw Machine Review

I am deleting the app because its making my wallet drain. The claws BARELY pick up anything and playing their “beginner” machines are horrible. You grab the item but it shoots up so fast the claw machine jiggles and the item falls out. I’ve spent $30+ already and only won ONE item. I am upset I lost so much money when the claws are so weak. About 7 times did the claw not even MOVE. RECORD ALL YOUR PLAYS. I did so seeing someone elses review and yep it saved me from being ripped off. The claw didnt move again today so i sent a support. I am hoping I can just win the prize instead of get gems back because I will delete the app and never return. You can get the SAME items if not BETTER on amazon or Amazon Japan. You’ll also be paying the same amount you’ll be paying for gems to win a game. Support takes awhile but so far no problems. I really hope to just get the prize instead because my gems will just go to waste. EDIT: heres what I noticed, on the 3 pongs they have the cameras angeled very differently. On the 50 diamond one its angeled more up to where you can see the crane better but on the 60 crane its angeled more down so your not as accurate. I do believe they do this based on prize. Unsure if I should email them about this because this is pretty unfair when all the cameras should be angeled equally, I feel like i got my money ripped off. Some cranes also have darker lighting then some.
