So I was looking at claw games and I check this one out I thought is gonna be bad but it is impressing not other than other claw machine this has an actual thing like Toreba but can you make like a daily rearward plz

Definitely not worth the money, complete joke of an app and money scamming. You don’t even get a second chance or tutorial on how to play. You HAVE to start a basic pack on $6 worth of gems to play. I Wasted $6 on my first try not even 10 seconds in to not even understand the mechanics of the game, they don’t give a tutorial and your better off going to a IRL local plushie grab game in Chinatown or Little Tokyo for a $1 or $2 to at least enjoy the aspect of an arcade grab game. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Kind of Expensive, but Best Crane Game I’ve Tried

This app is a little pricey, and there aren’t many opportunities for free plays. There also isn’t much variety in the prizes. That being said, it’s the best Crane Game app I’ve played. The UI is more intuitive than most, and this game actually isn’t impossible to win like others I’ve tried. Also, the customer service is great! I had a game glitch out on me, and they refunded my play within the day. Great app! PS. If you’re having trouble, I recommend trying the browser version on your computer, the controls are a bit better.

Somehow Tokyo catch has gotten worse which I didn’t even know was possible based on how terrible it was prior. You want to top off and buy more plays? Prepared to be continuously kicked from your position and have prizes stolen from you. Sure you can dispute the issue but staff will just say you are lying while counting the money they’ve earned off your plays. This app is a joke. Fix your systems. You’re clearly aware of the issue. This app is a joke. Sure you can win if you buy all necessary gems before hand but if not prepare to have all your efforts taken by a force “error” kick

I got free gems because I signed in with Facebook. I tried it out to see how I liked it (mind you I use Toreba and I’ve won plenty of times so I know how to use these cranes). As soon as you actually find something to try to win it glitches out or something. It’ll move smoothly and all of a sudden it glitches out and moves fast so you miss where you were aiming. I know my internet is fine because again, I just used Toreba before I played on this app and didn’t have any problems at all. What a shame ?

Honestly, Claw/Crane games are my jam and I love a good challenge when I see one. I think the most important thing to note is to make sure you know when to walk away. The UI was confusing at first, and I wish they gave a tutorial on the fact you need to press and hold the buttons, but once you get it, it’s pretty fun! I’ve won 2 prizes so far and I’m kind of shocked, but the reason I don’t give it 5 stars is only due to 2 things: Not much variety—I’m not an anime fan, but I love Sanrio, Pokèmon, and I love the plushes that are in Japan. There are a lot of figurines and some cool water bottles, but I’m really all about the large plushies. This is my first week with the game, so I think that if I wait there’ll be more choices, but I’m really hoping and looking forward to more Sanrio plushies. The second thing is the pricing of the gems. I’m so grateful for the free play February that’s going on, but if you’re like me, and you’re in focus mode and you KNOW you’re one or two plays away, it’s rather pricy to pay for the gem packs. I do however have to note the free shipping from the company as a plus/bonus—that was surprisingly nice to see as I was expecting it was going to be SUPER expensive. I do also appreciate the fact they have a hold for I believe 60 days on a prize? That was wonderful to see as well. I think it’s be nice to see future deals on gems or watching gems/offers maybe that aren’t too out of grasp for players to get some gems, or Lower the price for machines with smaller prizes to half the 120 gem per run. Either way, with those two being the only things I have impressions on, as I know the nature of the claw is a cruel and at times forgiving mistress, snipers for prizes are a thing as are “rigged” machines. I do believe that there are none here, and that in fact it’s just practice and good internet connection to get the most optimal experience (as physically playing is the best you can get, and I HIGHLY recommend you try a machine!)

Lost a lot of money due to an app malfunction and an error pop up that literally said to “File a dispute to get your gems back”. It has been over a month and none of the disputes have been replied to and I am still missing currency. There is also a glitch on iOS that will make the first play after reloading gems while playing inoperable.

I spent $30 twice in a row to win a item almost had it one pull away and was kicked out but in the queue again to watch someone else win it after the one pull I had .. it ripped me off ?I will not spend anymore money on here unless it is made right!!!
