Backwards – H-E-B Pharmacy Review

HEB used to have an excellent app for refilling prescriptions. No more. In the old app you could scan the bottle label and the fields would populate. Now all data has to be entered manually. And the 2 part authentication takes forever and doesn’t provide email or text replies. As I said, really messed up a great app. Add How many lawyers did it take to think up ways to screw up this app? Really having a hard time navigating the authentication process.
